Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
When should I book a fill?
Plan for a fill within 2–3 weeks, with at least 40–50% of your extensions remaining. Fills aren’t offered beyond 3 weeks. If you’ve lost more lashes, send Kenzie a photo before booking so the right appointment can be arranged.
Do you accept another artist’s work?
Yes, foreign fills are considered case by case, as long as the existing work is safe and properly applied. Send a clear photo and let Kenzie know which set you currently have. If a removal is needed, it may require a separate appointment.
How should I arrive?
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Please come on your own; guests and children can’t be accommodated during appointments. There is a 5-minute grace period. If you’re running late, message Kenzie as soon as possible; appointments may be cancelled after 5 minutes without communication.
Looking after your lashes
Follow the aftercare instructions provided at your appointment. Keep your lashes clean, brush gently, and avoid picking or pulling. Skip mascara on your extensions. If you notice a retention issue, message Kenzie so you can work out what’s happening.
